Il Faro Quality Fish is a company of frozen fish products born in Morciano di Romagna, near Rimini, in 2014. The factory was founded thanks to the experience gained over the years in the market of frozen fish products, with the purpose of creating a finished product of the highest quality.
Inside the transformation laboratory, built according to the most scrupulous hygienic standards, there are numerous rooms maintained at controlled temperature and appropriately equipped, where the correct management of frozen fish products is guaranteed, in all stages of the supply chain, processing of the raw material to the finished product.

Our laboratory also has an area designed for the production of products cooked and packaged in trays heat-sealed or in modified atmosphere and also of many advanced technologies to make products of third and fourth range, refrigerated and frozen in liquid nitrogen. In addition, all commercial movements, processing and conservation processes are carried out in compliance with the health and hygiene regulations by the HACCP self-control system.
